The AI Lab
Hands-On AI Workshop
Go from "I should really learn AI" to actually using it in your real work. Four hours, your laptop, personal guidance, real output.
What you'll actually do
in The AI Lab Workshop
Write with AI
Draft emails, memos, reports, and client updates. Give Claude your voice and standards.
Research and analyze
Upload PDFs, spreadsheets, and reports. Get synthesis and insights in minutes.
Use CoWork on your files
Point AI at a real folder on your laptop. Organize, draft, edit, analyze your actual work.
Compare AI tools
Run the same task in Claude and ChatGPT. Build instinct for which tool fits which job.
Build a real project
Pick a task from your actual job and complete it with AI during the session.
Set up your AI workflow
Configure Claude, CoWork, and ChatGPT so they're ready for Monday morning.
Network with peers
Meet 14 other professionals. Share use cases across industries. Build your AI network.
Leave with a plan
Write down 5 specific AI tasks for your week. Concrete next steps, not vague goals.
Agenda for the day
We start at 9 AM, wrap by 1 PM. The flow adapts to the room.
Get set up and get your hands dirty
Getting StartedWelcome, quick intros, and a jargon-free AI overview. Then everyone opens their laptop, gets Claude, CoWork, and ChatGPT running, and writes their first real AI prompt using a task from their actual job. You'll see a real result before the first hour is up.
Go deep with Claude and CoWork
Hands-OnWriting, research, analysis, document uploads, and CoWork on your real files. One continuous hands-on session where you work at your own pace. The fast people go deeper. The people who need help get it. No forced transitions, no rushing.
Coffee, water, stretch. Talk to the person next to you about what just happened.
Build something real
BuildPick a project from your actual job and build it with AI. Open lab format. Try Claude vs. ChatGPT on the same task and feel the difference. This is where the networking happens naturally because everyone's working, comparing, and helping each other.
Your Monday plan + Q&A
Wrap-UpWrite down 5 specific tasks you'll use AI for this week. Not aspirational goals. Actual calendar items. Share what you built. Ask anything. Leave with a plan, not just a feeling.
Hosted by an actual
AI practitioner.

Sagar Pandya
CEO of Spej | AI Strategist | Author
Sagar built an IT services and cybersecurity company over 15 years before selling to a strategic buyer. He's been in the AI space since 2022, has trained dozens of companies of all sizes on AI adoption, and is the author of The AI Culture Blueprint. He's the CEO of Spej, an AI consulting firm, an EO member, an adrenaline junkie, and a downtown Chicago local who will probably recommend a restaurant before the workshop is over.
He runs AI Culture Co because he thinks AI literacy shouldn't be gatekept. Too many smart, experienced people are sitting on the sidelines because nobody has shown them how to start. This workshop exists to fix that. Rising tide, all ships.
What people say after
working with Sagar.
Dave
Managing Partner, Financial Services
I was skeptical that a half-day workshop could actually change how I work. I was wrong. Sagar showed me how to use Claude on my actual client reports and I've used it every single day since. The ROI paid for itself in the first week.
Lauren
VP of Operations
I'd tried ChatGPT on my own and gave up after a week. Having Sagar sit with me and walk through my real workflow made all the difference. I left with CoWork set up on my project folders and a system I actually use.
Nick
Director of Strategy
Best professional development money I've spent in years. Sagar doesn't talk at you. He sits next to you and helps you build. I automated my weekly reporting in the session and my team thought I was joking when I told them how long it took.
Ben
Founder & CEO
I needed someone to cut through the noise and show me what actually matters. Sagar did that in four hours. No hype, no jargon, just real tools applied to real work. Brought my COO to the next one.
Pooja
Entrepreneur
As a founder wearing too many hats, I needed AI to actually save me time, not create more work. Sagar showed me exactly where AI fits in my day-to-day. I'm now using Claude for everything from board updates to investor outreach to first drafts of contracts.
Luke
Senior Consultant
I've taken three online AI courses. None of them stuck. This was the first time I actually built something during the training. Left with a working prototype and five things on my calendar for Monday. Completely different experience.
Sure, YouTube is free.
But how far has that
gotten you?
You could piece this together on your own. Most people who try still haven't shipped anything six months later. That's what you're actually paying for: the accountability to finally do it.
You're not paying for the information. You're paying for the done.

No. We start from zero. If you can use a web browser, you can do this.
A laptop (Mac or PC), a Claude Pro subscription ($20/month from claude.ai), and one real task from your work that you'd like to try with AI. We send setup instructions after you register.
No. You'll have your laptop open the entire time, working with real tools on real tasks. I demo for about 30% of the time. You practice for the other 70%.
That's up to you. Some people draft a month of client communications. Some analyze a dataset they've been avoiding. Some set up CoWork on a project folder and automate their weekly reporting. You bring the task, we help you build it.
Many attendees do. We provide a receipt and a formal description of the training for your records.
