When you register for The AI Lab, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

We use your contact information to send workshop logistics, follow-up materials, and occasional updates about future The AI Lab events. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Email communications

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email, pre-workshop setup instructions, and a post-workshop follow-up series (up to 3 emails over 2 weeks). You can unsubscribe from any email by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom.

Data retention

We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to provide our services and communicate about future workshops. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing sp@aicultureco.com.
