Workshop registration
By purchasing a ticket to The AI Lab, you are reserving a seat at the specified date and location. Registration is confirmed upon successful payment through Stripe. You will receive a confirmation email with workshop details and preparation instructions.
Refund policy
We offer a full refund, no questions asked, up to 24 hours before the workshop start time. To request a refund, email sp@aicultureco.com with your registration details. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If you are not satisfied with the workshop experience, you may also request a refund within 48 hours after the event.
What you need to bring
Participants must bring their own laptop (Mac or PC) with a working internet connection capability. A Claude Pro subscription ($20/month at claude.ai) is required prior to the workshop. Setup instructions will be sent before the event. The AI Lab is not responsible for providing hardware, software subscriptions, or internet access.
Workshop content
The AI Lab workshops are educational in nature. While we strive to provide practical, actionable training, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results from applying the techniques taught. Workshop materials are for personal and professional use by the attendee and may not be redistributed or resold.
Rescheduling
The AI Lab reserves the right to reschedule a workshop if minimum attendance is not met or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all registered attendees will be notified and offered a full refund or transfer to the next available date.
Photography and media
We may take photos or short video clips during the workshop for use on our website and social media. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please let us know at the start of the session and we will accommodate your request.
Limitation of liability
The AI Lab and AI Culture Co provide workshop services on an as-is basis. Our total liability for any claim related to the workshop is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
